Our goat's OH MY!!! I started out with pygmies. In our area the little kid's (human) had big animal's to show nobody had small goat's for the kid's. Then someone started selling them at an outrageous price. I didn't like that so I got some and bottle fed the babies so they would be like a dog. For 17 year's they took grand and reserve at the fair with the kid's that purchased them. Then we got into Boer goat's!! Big goat's powerful goat's. But what a joy!!!! They are very kind and gentle. But with the two breed's what a show we have going on all the time. We have some of the big ones that think they are human and have to ride the golf cart with us around. What the passerbyer's think as they slowly go by Ha-Ha. Two human's two goat's at a time and a rottweiler dog all on a golf cart. We raise them for show and breeder's for other people and sometime's meat but not if we can help it. Even though they are very excellent (which I haven't ate ) to eat we perfer homes for our kid's other than in someone's belly.
